About Me
Hello! My name is Kelvin and I am a full stack developer.
After just over a decade in biotech working as a synthetic organic chemist, I am looking to take my first step as a software developer. I have recently completed the coding traineeship with IT Career Switch which involved the completion of two practical projects (See below for more information).
I want to be in a career whereby I can continue to leverage my analytical and problem-solving skills. I have a track record of excellent teamwork and maintaining high standards whilst supporting the goals of the company. Moreover, I value the importance of continuous learning to further improve my skill-set and developing new skills to allow me to be a further asset to the company.
I am currently looking for a position to put what I have learnt into practice and to learn from experienced developers. I am available for immediate start.

Portfolio
After courses in Codecademy, I was tasked to build two commercial web applications. I found this part the most enjoyable as it allowed me to put the theory into practise and it was great to see working applications in the end. Further reivews with my tutors allowed me to refine my code, improve my attention to detail and learn best practises.
